Warmlands Hill House is a retreat home set up for creative people from all over the world. We offer a quiet, inspiring place to write, develop or work on your projects or just to get re-inspired or reflect. Our house and its residents’ connection to the film industry give you ample opportunities to connect and collaborate, while enjoying the tranquility of the countryside.

The home is nestled in the hills of Vista, a nice little town, just 2 hours south of Hollywood and 45 minutes north of sunny San Diego with its own film and artistic culture.


	The house, set on a hilltop, is surrounded by gardens and patios, and offers a panoramic view all the way to the ocean. The ocean breeze caresses the house constantly which takes the peak heat out of the Californian sun, leaving Warmlands Hill House the ‘coolest’ place in California to work and relax.

	The ever-different and colorful sunsets are the perfect backdrop to write your bestseller novel or develop the next box-office hit.



		The rooms are quiet and have access to the gardens and patios. Free wi-fi internet throughout the house and gardens.




						For filmmakers, Warmlands Hill House is close enough to Hollywood to stay connected, but we are also far enough to not be distracted by the buzz of Tinseltown. That makes Warmlands Hill House the perfect spot to either prepare for Hollywood or to recharge after Hollywood.


	Surrounded by artists living year round in Warmlands Hill House, you find a sounding board, inspiration, feedback partners and opportunities to collaborate on projects.


	Our facilities are also for rent for day events, such as meetings, classes and as film location.
